Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align company objectives with employees and management across designated departments. The HRBP partners with department leaders to design and implement HR systems that support strategic business goals and serves as the first point of contact for HR matters. Responsibilities include collaborating with management to improve relationships, ensuring compliance, guiding performance reviews and onboarding, and coordinating with talent
