Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Veyo is hiring Part-Time Drivers to provide safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members. In this mission-driven role, you’ll use Veyo’s driver app to accept trips, follow GPS routes, and ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for medical appointments. Responsibilities include verifying rider details, assisting members as needed, maintaining a clean and safe vehicle, and following all traffic, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Safely transport Medicaid and Medicare members to and from medical appointments in assigned service area. Verify rider identity, trip details, and special needs before each ride. Provide courteous, patient-focused service and assist members with boarding and exiting vehicles as needed. Use Veyo’s driver app to accept trips, follow GPS routes, and document ride status in real time. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, basic safety checks, and compliance with NEMT requirements. Communicate promptly with dispatch or support regarding delays, no-shows, or issues during trips. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and HIPAA/privacy standards. Report incidents, accidents, or member concerns according to Veyo procedures.
