CNC Programmer - Medical Device Manufacturing

Pay: $24–$30/hour, based on experience Occasional Overtime We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who can confidently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines while producing high-quality precision components. Mazak Slant Turn experience is preferred.

What You'll Do: Perform CNC machine set-ups and changeovers Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues Make offsets and perform light program edits Read blueprints and setup sheets Select tooling and verify feeds/speeds Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Monitor machine performance and correct defects Maintain accurate production records and a safe work area What We're Looking For~ High School Diploma/GED~5+ years of CNC machining experience~ Strong setup, changeover, and troubleshooting skills~ Ability to work independently~ Experience with light program editing~ Mazak Slant Turn and lathe experience preferred~ Leadership experience is a plus What We Offer~ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance~ Short- & Long-Term Disability~ Life & AD&D Insurance~401(k) with Company Match~ Profit Sharing~ Paid Time Off & Holidays If you're an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with competitive pay and great benefits, we'd love to hear from you!
