Working closely with the company owner, you will enjoy direct communication without corporate bureaucracy while driving the execution of high-end custom homes. How You Will Make an Impact Oversee all daily field operations, trade partners, and schedules to deliver luxury custom homes on time and within budget. Drive pre-construction planning, material procurement, and sub-contractor scheduling to maintain seamless project continuity. Communicate directly with homeowners, architects, and internal leadership to ensure design visions are executed flawlessly. Inspect work in progress to enforce strict quality control standards and uncompromising craftsmanship across all trades. Resolve complex job site challenges and structural detail discrepancies proactively to protect project timelines. Monitor project budgets, approve change orders, and track pay-per-performance metrics to ensure profitable project execution. Required Qualifications & Experience Direct, hands-on experience managing custom home construction projects from initial groundbreaking to owner occupancy. Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods, building codes, and high-end material application. Demonstrated ability to coordinate sub-contractors, manage project schedules, and maintain detailed job site logistics. Exceptional communication skills for managing client relations, architect collaborations, and trade partner expectations. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of related work experience in luxury residential custom home building. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proven track record of managing high-value, bespoke residential builds with minimal supervision. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 based on experience.
