Location: Foxboro, MA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 months (Contract)

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30, 06:00, 6:30 AM – 10 hour days Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Description:

Assemble and wire electrical panels and cabinets using a variety of hand and/or power tools and crimping of small gauge wires.
Performs electrical wiring assembly on medium to large sized parts or panels.
Read and review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed, and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed.
Follow 5S and client Performance System (Continuous Improvement) principles and practices
Embrace and be apart of a team focused on safety, quality, customers, and productivity.
Collaborate with Engineering on poke yoke, continuous improvement, process, training, and other measures within the group.

Must Haves:

High School Diploma/GED required • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, wiring/block diagrams.
Experience with basic hand tools, air tools, gages, torque wrenches and mechanical assemblies.
Physical Ability: Capable to lift up to 26 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and ability to reach overhead, pull, push and, write, and speak effectively in English
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience preferred
