VP, Compliance Operations & Risk Management

PURE Insurance seeks a Vice President, Compliance Operations to lead critical operational compliance functions, including surplus lines tax, licensing, and financial crimes. The role reports to the SVP, Chief Compliance Officer and drives regulatory alignment and internal controls across the business. You'll build and manage high-performing teams, develop risk-based monitoring, and partner with Legal, ERM, Internal Audit, underwriting, and distribution to ensure scalable, compliant processes and
