We're seeking a Reconstruction Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects while driving the growth of a high-performing division for one of our clients. This leadership role offers full operational ownership, including team development, project execution, client relationships, and P&L management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and trade teams• Oversee project delivery from scope through completion• Manage division profitability, job costs, and operational performance• Build relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and adjusters• Implement scalable processes to support continued growth
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of construction or restoration leadership experience• Proven P&L ownership and operational management success• Strong knowledge of construction trades, project management, and Xactimate• Insurance restoration experience preferred; commercial construction leaders encouraged to apply• Demonstrated ability to build teams and drive results#EOE
