Owning the course production process, the full-time remote eLearning Designer will transform product documentation into visually engaging, interactive courses while collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and assessments.
Key responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end course production, including writing scripts, storyboarding, designing visuals, and publishing in WorkRamp
Create interactive elements and assessments that align with learning objectives and enhance the learner experience
Establish a visual design language for course content and ensure quality assurance in the LMS before publication
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses, with a strong portfolio showcasing production quality and visual design
Hands-on experience in audit, advisory, or accounting, preferably as a practitioner or L&D specialist
Proficiency in major authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Adobe Captivate
Strong visual design skills and the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts
Experience in building learning content for B2B SaaS or technical products is a plus
