Owning the platform learning experience, the full-time Lead Learning Product Specialist will define and drive the product vision for AI-driven learning systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user skill development and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the platform
Design user experiences that provide targeted knowledge in real work contexts, minimizing interruptions
Translate learning goals into platform capabilities, including adaptive learning paths and progress tracking
Required qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in product management or UX-focused product roles, preferably in B2B SaaS or data/AI products
Proven experience owning a product area end-to-end, including strategy definition and feature delivery
Experience with learning systems or training platforms, such as LMS or in-product guidance
Strong UX instincts with a history of collaborating with designers to create intuitive user experiences
Comfort with data analysis, defining metrics, and understanding user behavior and learning outcomes
