Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using creative arts therapies such as art, music, drama, or dance- Provide counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs- Develop treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients- Conduct research related to creative arts therapies and contribute to the field's knowledge base- Stay up-to-date with current therapeutic techniques and best practices- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications: - Master's degree in Creative Arts Therapy or related field- Valid license as a Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)- Experience in psychotherapy and counseling, preferably with children and families- Knowledge of special education principles and practices- Familiarity with chronic pain counseling techniques- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation using tools such as ICD-9 codes- Strong understanding of mental health counseling theories and techniques- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on mental health treatment- Ability to work effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
