Remote Customer Service Specialist | Data-Driven

This role primarily remote, but requires living within 75 miles of Grand Prairie, TX and onsite at least once a month. The candidate will handle orders, returns, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accuracy in data entry and efficient issue resolution. Strong typing, 40 Mbps internet, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
