Overview As a Senior ML Engineer at Waystar, you will build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for document understanding and knowledge extraction. You will develop and fine-tune domain-specific LMs within an agentic framework, enabling efficient, retrieval-augmented reasoning in a healthcare context. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable ML solutions on cloud platforms, while ensuring privacy and compliance.
