Strategic Project Manager

Overview In this role you will lead and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives across operations, supply chain, quality, and more, partnering with executives to turn strategy into action. You will drive cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, aligning with priorities and measurable outcomes. You’ll apply analytics, Lean and change leadership to boost performance and enable continuous improvement. Compensation / Benefits Health benefits 401(k) retirement savings with company matchPTOperformance-based bonus plan Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives aligned to operational and business objectives Develop charters, business cases, success metrics, timelines and resource plans Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and roadmaps Facilitate executive-sponsored programs and ensure achievement of outcomes Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, quality, and cost Drive initiatives on automation, process optimization, and digital transformation Maintain project plans, governance, schedules, budgets, and risk management Provide executive-level reporting, communication, and stakeholder updates Support change management, including training and sustainment planning Apply Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence Support strategic planning and annual operating plan initiatives Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of project management or related experience Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with measurable impact Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and project management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strategic thinking Cross-functional collaboration Executive communication Data analytics & insight generation Process optimization Lean/Continuous Improvement
