Providing confidential one-on-one executive coaching, the full-time remote ICF Certified Executive Coach will conduct coaching sessions, establish goals with participants, and support leadership development, with occasional on-site travel to Washington, D.C.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct initial coaching intake discussions and establish coaching goals with participants
Administer leadership assessments and incorporate findings into individualized coaching plans
Provide team coaching to executive leadership teams and support team effectiveness and alignment
Required qualifications:
Current International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential
Training through an ICF-certified training program
Familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools and eligibility to administer them
U.S. citizenship and ability to provide proof of current ICF credentials
Availability to support DOT coaching requirements and maintain strict coaching confidentiality
