Compass Group seeks a Clinical Dietitian to join a multidisciplinary team serving cardiac transplant patients. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy within an inpatient/outpatient mix, collaborate with a 16-person nutrition group, and drive evidence-based care to improve patient outcomes. You will provide education to patients and families, participate in QAPI initiatives, and work with food service teams to enhance satisfaction. RDN eligibility and state licensure are required.
