About the role

As a Lead Site Reliability Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage the reliability, scalability, and performance of critical technology platforms while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to drive automation and establish reliability-focused practices.
Key responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of resilient cloud platforms using AWS and Kubernetes Define and execute reliability engineering strategies, including service level objectives and error budgets Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices and automation frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud transformation Proven success in leading large-scale cloud migrations and supporting mission-critical platforms Deep understanding of Kubernetes, microservices, and Site Reliability Engineering principles
