Clinical Pharmacology Lead (Manager)

Role: Clinical Pharmacology Lead supporting Pfizer's Internal Medicine portfolio, specializing in model-informed drug development (MIDD). Responsibilitiesprovide clinical pharmacology expertise for study design, dose selection, and regulatory interactions design and oversee clinical pharmacology plans, integrate PK/PD data, and contribute to regulatory documents act as representative on multidisciplinary teams ensure best practices in clinical pharmacology and MIDD stay current with literature and regulatory standards influence external scientific communities QualificationsMD/PhD or PharmD with 0+ years industry experience strong quantitative skills in PK/PD modeling (e.g., NONMEM, R) excellent communication and leadership capabilities experience in clinical pharmacology within biopharma, especially across early to late-stage development High-Value: focus on Internal Medicine, model-informed strategies, clinical pharmacology in drug development, PK/PD analysis, and regulatory submissions.
