Afterschool Programs Director: Lead Growth & Impact

The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking an Afterschool Director to lead, plan, administer and evaluate afterschool programs. You will supervise staff and volunteers, ensure licensing compliance, and drive program growth across branches in alignment with strategic plans. Under the Executive Director, you will manage budgets, recruit partnerships, monitor program outcomes, and coordinate marketing to maximize enrollments while promoting safety and high-quality learning for youth.
