Systems Engineer – Cloud & Identity Management

Systems EngineerSystems Engineers are responsible for Identity Management, Platform Engineering, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting highly available and secure technology services and processes.Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Engineering and operational support experience with Identity Management (eg Entra ID, AD, Enterprise applications, RBAC), Certificate Auto Management (eg, Cyberark Venafi), Cloud HSM, Containerized platforms, Azure and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, PAM (Eg, Cyberark)Kubernetes management, Rancher, Docker, AKS, ObservabilityAdministering and troubleshooting Windows Server 2019,2022, K8's, RHEL, and VMWareConfiguring and troubleshooting core services including DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.Working closely with IS Operations and Networking to achieve optimal performance of supported technologies.Working in tandem with InfoSec to secure all internally and externally facing systems.Technical leadership of deployment of new, or upgrading existing, server-based software and maintaining scripts (PowerShell, PERL, etc.) and scheduled tasks to automate routine tasks and to perform triage troubleshooting for all systems as first point of contact with other IT groups.Some experience with AWS, SQL, Varonis and Citrix preferred.Participation in periodic weekly 24/7 on-call strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong ability to create and maintain detailed system documentation. In addition, must be a creative thinker with proven problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative flat 's degree in related field preferred5+ years related experience requiredExperience at a large law firm or professional services organization strongly preferredThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000-$180,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
