Nursing Skills Lab Director - Simulation & Education

McHenry County College is seeking a proven leader to manage the Nursing Skills Laboratories and Simulation Laboratory, providing experiential learning through skills practice, simulations, competence assessments and remediation for nursing students. This role directs lab operations, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and integration with faculty, supports accreditation activities, and participates in college committees while advancing equity, inclusion and student success.
