Delinquency Recovery Specialist

ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health is seeking a Telephone Collector Representative in Anchorage, AK to contact consumers about delinquent accounts and collect payments or arrangements. You will use collection software to track accounts and assess financial situations, negotiating terms while handling high-stress interactions. The role requires a high school diploma and being at least 18, with a 40-hour work week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
