HVAC Distribution Branch Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Toledo, OH location. This role owns branch operations, team performance, customer relationships, and profitability. You’ll have direct impact on sales growth and team success while benefiting from our industry-leading profit-sharing program.

Key Responsibilities: Lead branch operations: sales, customer service, warehouse, inventory, and daily execution Drive growth: build contractor relationships, maximize sales opportunities, support quoting and follow-ups Develop your team: hire, coach, and lead a high-performing, accountable team Manage inventory & execution: ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient order fulfillment Oversee facility & operations: maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Own financial performance: manage P&L, expenses, and key metrics
