About the role

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Product Portfolio Manager with our customer, the largest distributor of building supplies in the United States. This is a permanent position offering a base salary of $170,000 – $185,000 per year plus a 40% annual bonus. The role will be performed on a hybrid schedule — onsite 1–3 days per week, split between Beloit and Chicago. The Product Portfolio Manager will lead the strategy and execution for the customer-facing B2B eCommerce platform (MyPlatform). This leader will own the product vision, roadmap, and team direction, driving engagement and revenue growth across the digital sales experience. This includes evolving a foundational transactional site into a modern, personalized, and insight-driven digital platform that deepens customer relationships and increases loyalty.
Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product portfolio vision and long-term roadmap for the eCommerce business. Lead a team of 5–7 Product Managers, setting clear priorities, mentoring, and guiding career growth. Drive innovation in digital customer experience — increasing engagement, repeat business, and conversion. Build and implement A/B testing frameworks, analytics, and data-driven decision making. Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to align digital initiatives with business goals. Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver scalable, intuitive, and customer-centered solutions. Benchmark against leading digital experiences and identify opportunities to differentiate. Oversee performance metrics, customer feedback loops, and continuous improvement processes. Manage risk, dependencies, and change across the portfolio to ensure consistent delivery and platform evolution.
Qualifications: 8+ years in Product Management, with 3+ years leading product or portfolio teams. Deep experience in B2B eCommerce, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or wholesale distribution. Demonstrated success in building digital products that drive engagement and revenue. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex platform roadmaps. Strong analytical mindset, experience implementing testing and experimentation frameworks. Experience mentoring teams and leading through change. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Details
