LPN – Outpatient Endocrine Clinic & Diabetes Education

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for outpatient clinics. Under RN supervision, you will provide direct patient care, assist the care plan, and coordinate with the healthcare team to support efficient outpatient services. Responsibilities include patient education, data collection, and assisting with administrative tasks such as check-in/check-out while maintaining accurate records and labs. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
