Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) -
PART TIME DAY SHIFT 6am-2pm
Job Summary:
New Hope Manor, a respected long-term care facility in Austin, TX, is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN or LVN Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a valued member of our staff, you will provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, while promoting a warm and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to ensure prompt attention and treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services
- Exhibit excellent hospitality skills, promoting a positive and respectful environment
- Possess basic computer skills to access and maintain electronic medical records
Requirements:
- Current license in good standing with the State of Texas (or other compact state)
- Passing a criminal background check
- Excellent hospitality skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and fellow staff members
- Basic computer skills
- Associate's degree in nursing (RN) or diploma in vocational nursing (LVN)
