Machine Operator A manufacturing company in Girard, PA is seeking a dependable Gasket Operator to join their team on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on production work and take pride in quality and attention to detail. Team members will operate gasket production equipment, inspect finished products, and ensure parts meet production standards.
Responsibilities:- Operate gasket production machinery according to company specifications and safety procedures
- Load and unload materials and components into the equipment
- Inspect finished gaskets for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation accurately
- Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety guidelines
- Qualifications and Skills
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to operate production equipment and follow established procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High School Diploma/GEDBenefits/Compensation
- Full TimeFirst Shift: 6am-4:30pm Mon-ThurPay Rate is $15.50 per hour
