- Responsibilities of back of house team members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Know the duties of all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, prep, and food prep.
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
Stay up to date with new products launched by Chick-fil-AWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying updated on any changes
Complete all assigned opening or closing duties
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
