Learning and Development Specialist

Overview In this role you design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that support technical and employee development aligned with business needs. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to update curricula, create accessible training media, and coordinate programs across diverse audiences. You’ll track metrics to drive improvement and help scale learning across the organization. This position sits in Carollo’s Learning and Development team, shaping capabilities in the water sector.
