Health & Benefits Strategy Lead

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Manager to lead design and management of group medical, dental, life, and disability programs for clients. You will manage complex projects, advise on plan design, and act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients. This hybrid Dallas role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentorship of junior colleagues, and growth into senior relationship management or leadership roles within the client service group.
