Machine Operators

What You'll Do: Set up and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment Monitor equipment and make adjustments for quality and productivity Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues Perform make-ready, basic maintenance, and quality checks Learn new equipment and processes as your skills grow

What We're Looking For: Previous machine operator or production equipment experience Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Motivation to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility Strong attention to safety and quality Basic computer skills Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow safety procedures, job instructions, and production documentation Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 4 months Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Print experience is a plus, not a requirement. Experience with Harris, Heidelberg, Goss, Manroland, or similar web offset presses is highly preferred. Why Quad? Build what's pay will vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other job-related factors. Total compensation may also include overtime and shift differentials.
