Creator Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

Salary: $40,000–$45,000 USD per yearBLACKMASK is a men's grooming brand growing across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our own online store. We're hiring someone to find great creators, start conversations, and turn those conversations into active partnerships. You'll work with our social commerce lead to build a steady pipeline of TikTok Shop and organic-content creators. No previous experience is required. We'll teach you our tools, products, and outreach process. What matters most is your work ethic, personality, and follow-through.

What You'll Do: Find creators on TikTok and Instagram who fit specific products, campaign angles, audiences, and content styles. Build qualified lead lists and run consistent, personalized outreach across DMs and email. Follow up persistently, handle objections, and jump on calls when that helps move a partnership forward. Discuss rates and deliverables within approved budgets, and bring deals forward for approval. Coordinate samples, agreements, briefs, and first posts with the team. Keep creators informed and resolve delays. Keep the pipeline current, with a clear next action for every conversation. Report outreach, replies, signed creators, and creators who actually start posting. Build lasting creator relationships and spot ways to improve our outreach and follow-up process.

Persistence and resilience: you're comfortable starting conversations, following up, and handling rejection professionally. A personable, confident communicator: you enjoy meeting people, build rapport naturally, and make creators feel comfortable over text and on calls. Coachability, organization, and initiative: you take feedback well, keep track of conversations, and try a new approach when something isn't working. An interest in TikTok, creators, and men's grooming or lifestyle content. Excellent written and spoken English, strong overlap with US business hours, and full-time commitment to one brand.
