Job Description: Job Title: Flower Packing Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday, First Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) and Second Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Flower Packing Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packing flowers into small containers, ensuring they are ready for distribution. This position requires attention to detail and a gentle touch to handle delicate flowers while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Carefully pack flowers into small containers according to flowers for quality, discarding any that do not meet company standards. Label and organize packed containers for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols. Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely completion of tasks. Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements: Ability to handle delicate items with care and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Prior experience in packing or a similar role is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, and able to work the designated shift schedule.
