Come and be a part of this one-of-a-kind team! The scope of responsibilities will include: Collaborative interactions with area hospitality partners and potential clients. Hotel interactions demonstrating and cultivating strong partnerships for shared clients Site Visit organization and execution for visiting Clients Outline potential Client programs under direction of DOS-vendor selection, costing parameters, creative vision (if you know how to design your ownproposals, even better.)Move initially outlined programs to commitment and contracting Budget revisions and updates for committed programs as required Ongoing client relationship building to foster continued commitment to Eventis

Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of event planning experience or destination management experience, and be comfortable working directly with client planners. You'll bring strong communication, time management, and budgeting skills, along with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. You're creative, adaptable, and comfortable shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of client service. Knowledge of the Southern California market is a plus. You are self-motivated, self-sufficient, and resourceful with a positive outlook on life and business. You enjoy working with evolving projects and timelines and approach these with determination and a sense of humor. You are both a collaborator and an independent worker You have good communication and interpersonal skills and have successfully worked in business environments with multiple team members You are very organized, with great attention to detail, and can manage, progress, and deliver on multiple projects and priorities under deadlines and other time pressures You are proficient with Microsoft Office and might offer input on the use of other project management systems and ideas. You are willing to work in an office, and in the field (area of program operation) as each project dictates.
