Production Operator 3rd Shift

Essential Functions: Works under the guidance of Supervisor or Crew Leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner. Ensures that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition and work area is clean, safe and organized. Monitors equipment performance and recommends improvements. Duly follows organizational and work specific instructions, attends applicable trainings and meetings. Fulfil tasks efficiently and in due course. Meets productivity standards (where defined).Can organize and perform work effectively. Abides by safety regulations at all times. Promotes safety standards at work place and in the team. Identifies potential safety risks and reports them actively to line manager. Demonstrates initiative to exceed a common performance. Flexibly adopts changes in tasks, work place, or team. Works reliably, keeps agreements. Assumes responsibility for tasks entrusted. Is open, respectful, and helpful. Constructively contributes with own skills to problem solving in team. Trains new operators and/or trainees as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GEDAbility to speak, read and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures and to complete all position related to perform basic arithmetic skills. Performs basic computer skills
