Safely pick up and deliver freight across regional routes using your own sprinter or cargo van Load, secure, and unload freight to prevent damage and ensure accuracy Follow assigned routes and schedules while meeting on-time delivery expectations Use mobile apps or onboard systems to track loads, complete documentation, and obtain signatures Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle and report issues promptly Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and warehouse staff Comply with DOT, company safety policies, and local traffic regulations Maintain a clean, well-organized vehicle and represent the company professionally Route navigation and planning Freight loading and securing Use of mobile dispatch and routing apps Electronic proof-of-delivery systems Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance Knowledge of DOT and traffic regulations Time management and scheduling Customer service in transportation Recordkeeping and documentation Safe driving in varied weather conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record Commercial driving experience strongly preferred DOT medical card preferred Proof of insurance and registration for owned sprinter/cargo van
