Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication administration and monitor client's overall health and well-being
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client care and services provided
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Home Health Aide (HHA)
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related healthcare field
- Current Home Health Certification in PA
