Service Dispatcher & Technical Support

Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding service requests Gather and enter customer, equipment, and service information into our dispatch system Coordinate and schedule service calls with field technicians Communicate job details, customer requirements, and schedule updates to technicians Help troubleshoot basic equipment issues and determine service or parts requirements Source, purchase, and coordinate parts needed for field service work Assist with preparing service quotations and following approved work through completion Maintain communication with customers regarding scheduling, parts, and job status Work closely with other team members to provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service Coordinate with accounting to support accurate and timely invoicing Review service documentation and follow up on missing job information when needed

Qualifications: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, email, and internet research Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Reliable follow-through and the ability to manage multiple open assignments Ability to prioritize changing service needs in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team Preferred Experience Service dispatching, service coordination, parts sales, or equipment-support experience Experience with accounting software, CRM platforms, or dispatch systems Familiarity with electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical components Experience supporting industrial equipment, field service technicians, or repair operations
