Quality & Compliance Leader: ISO ITAR & EHS

The role reports to Operations and spans design, manufacture, and service lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance across all processes. The candidate will drive QMS integration, lead audits, CAPA, ITAR/CMMC controls, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and maintaining strong customer-facing quality standards.
