Job Description: Inventory Coordinator\nOperations Department\nFull-Time (Hybrid)\nNorwalk, CT, US\n\nOVERVIEW\nWe're seeking a quick learner with the ability to master new systems, processes, and technologies in a fast-paced environment to join us asan Inventory Coordinator. This role will play a vital role in managing the accuracy, availability, and performance of our wine and gift inventory across three warehouse locations nationwide.\n\nIn this role, you'll partner closely with the Manager of Supply Chain and Systems, third-party logistics providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. You'll help drive inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, analyze inventory trends, and proactively resolve issues that could impact customer experience or business performance.\n\nAs a key member of the supply chain team, you'll contribute directly to business growth by improving inventory processes, reducing stock loss, supporting service level performance, and helping the organization meet critical availability and fulfillment goals. This opportunity is for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and making a measurable impact on operational success.\n\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nSupport daily production to ensure no order is left behind\n\nManagement of stock transactions (failed/volume/cost)\nSupport Daily production to identify shortages and solve issues to reduce impact to customer\nRun Packaging and Premium daily report and process required orders to ensure no breaks in supply\nCommunicate daily prepacking/engraving tasks to inventory team\n \n\nReport on Inventory health to minimize obsolescence\n\nIdentify expiring and old inventory SKUs via monthly process\nDamage label inventory process\nSKU turn and lifecycle monitoring\nOld items clean up and destruction coordination\n \n\nIdentify current inventory issues by using reporting and analysis to drive change \n\nInventory forecasting & accuracy\nTransaction analysis\nInventory Shrink\nMonth end process\nProactive analysis of inventory issues\nInventory reporting\n \n\nSupport and develop internal and external relationships \n\nCommunicate and monitor inventory processes with all warehouses\nCoordinate inventory moves to and from third parties\nReporting to organization and upper management on month end stock levels and issues\nActively participate in internal and external meetings related to inventory\n \n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nHigh School Diploma\nHigher education a plus\nExperience working with WMS/ ERP/ Database tools, a plus\nSupply Chain and/or Inventory experience, \nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nHighly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.\nStrong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret inventory and business data.\nExcellent planning, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.\nExperience with, or ability to quickly learn, data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.\nAdaptable and responsive to changing business needs and priorities.\nStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.\n \n\nBENEFITS\nFull-time employees receive a complete benefits package, including:\n\n 401(k) with employer match\nMedical, Dental, and Vision benefits\nCompany-paid Life and Insurance\nFlexible Time Off\nPaid Holidays\nEmployee wine discounts and special offers\nCompany-paid WSET Certification\nOngoing personal and professional development opportunities\n \n\nOUR COMPANY\nAt Lionstone International, our services cater specifically to the demands of direct selling, emphasizing exclusive labels, distinctive packaging, compelling product narratives, and an unwavering focus on both quality and value.
