10X ERP is seeking a VP of Customer Success to own onboarding, data migration and post-launch engagement for a growing base of distributors using our cloud-native ERP. You'll build the team, set processes, and own launches with three reporting groups while operating without layers of management for now. You'll lead with hands-on credibility, drive EOS-based routines, and partner with sales, engineering and finance to scale revenue from existing clients and expand add-ons.
