About the role

Leadership Opportunity With An Established Contractor Our client is a well-established construction contractor specialising in civil construction, site development, infrastructure, and demolition services. Due to continued project activity, they are expanding their estimating team.

Job Description: Prepare detailed estimates for sitework and demolition projects. Review drawings, specifications, and bid documentation. Complete takeoffs and cost analyses. Develop pricing strategies and bid proposals. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing. Support project teams through bid award and project handoff. The Successful Applicant: Experience estimating sitework construction projects. Demolition estimating experience is highly preferred.
