PHARMACY TECHNICIAN & MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities: Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, dispensing, and medication fulfillmentManage prescription intake, data entry, and patient profile maintenanceProvide exceptional customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phoneProcess insurance claims and resolve billing or adjudication issuesDevelop and execute social media content, campaigns, and community outreach initiativesCreate promotional materials, newsletters, and in-store signage to drive engagementSupport local marketing efforts including events, partnerships, and loyalty programsRequirements: Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician registration/certification in Connecticut (CPhT preferred) Prior pharmacy technician experience in a retail or independent pharmacy settingFamiliarity with pharmacy management software and insurance billingExperience with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketingStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skillsGenuine passion for community health and customer relationshipsAbout Us: Cheshire Pharmacy is a trusted independent pharmacy serving the Cheshire, CT community with personalized care and a commitment to patient wellness.
