Controller – Colorado Manufacturing | Onsite (Golden Area)$140–$180K + Bonus A long‑standing Colorado manufacturing company is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and support a tight‑knit, loyal team. This is a rare opportunity to join a stable organization where people stay for decades and culture truly matters.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all accounting operations: A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, financial reporting
- Own monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Manage ERP (NetSuite – Manufacturing) and strengthen processes
- Partner closely with ownership and leadership in a family‑run environment
- Oversee payroll, banking relationships, credit, fixed assets, and compliance
- Coordinate year‑end review with external CPA firm
- Develop and manage team of four
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- Manufacturing + inventory experience
- Experience in a family‑owned or closely held business
- High integrity, steady leadership, and strong communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a stable team‑oriented culture
- Onsite in Golden (1 WFH day/week once up and running)
