We are looking for a Quality and Supply Chain Engineer to support quality management and day to day supply chain operations in a growing aerospace and defense environment. This role will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, suppliers, and freight providers. The position combines quality systems, supplier quality, purchasing, material planning, inventory, inspections, and logistics.
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field required• Bachelor’s degree preferred• 5+ years of related engineering experience• 2+ years of AS9100 and QMS experience• U.S. Citizen• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance Key areas of responsibility:• AS9100 quality management system and internal audits• Corrective actions and nonconformances• Supplier quality and supplier performance• Receiving, in process, and final inspections• Purchasing and supplier onboarding• Material planning, inventory, and MRP• Bills of material and production work orders• Customer and international shipments• Quality, delivery, and traceability metrics If you have a background in aerospace/defense quality, supplier quality, engineering, or supply chain, I’d love to connect.
