Available Shifts and Hours: 1st Shift? 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM - Monday - Friday 2nd Shift? 3:00 PM? 11:00 PM - Monday - Friday 3rd Shift? 11:00 PM? 7:00 AM - Sunday - Thursday

Hourly Pay Rate: $16/hour

Key responsibilities include: Safely operating production equipment and tools Assembling, repairing, or processing pallets and related materials Following all safety procedures and proactively identifying hazards Maintaining a clean and organized work area Meeting productivity and quality expectations Communicating effectively with supervisors and teammates Supporting continuous improvement efforts What We?re Looking For A strong commitment to safety?yours and your teammates? Reliability and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Willingness to learn and take direction Team-first mindset with clear communication skills Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful, but not required

Work Environment: Our facilities arenot climate controlled Comfortable working in hot summer and cold winter conditions Physical requirements include standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift
