Vice President, Lead Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities: Architect and implement end-to-end pipelines onDatabricksusingDelta Live Tables (DLT) , Delta Lake, andUnity Catalogfor governance, lineage, and access controls Build ingestion and integration pipelines inPythonandPySpark, consuming JPMC data products into aLakehouse ; use AlteryxandProphecyas feeder tools where appropriate Design a governed self-service layer inDatabricks SQLwith curated semantic models, intuitive views, and controlled exposure for independent business exploration Partner with data product owners and data architects to ensure data governance, including cataloging, lineage, ownership, and entitlements Advise on cloud analytics strategy, including onboarding new Databricks users and citizen developers by defining enablement patterns, required entitlements, technical requirements, and governance Communicate clearly with senior, non-technical stakeholders and translate data into actionable narratives and decisions Deliver executive-ready dashboards and self-service analytics using Tableauand/orSigmaon Databricks-served data Leverage AI tooling such asGitHub Copilotto accelerate development while maintaining independent technical ownership and validating AI-generated code and documentation
