Job Description:
Job Description The Commercial HVAC Technician needs to have 5 years of experience in the field, minimum. Will work independently in the field, reporting to the Service Manager while supporting industrial facilities and food factories. This role combines scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment service, installation, and commissioning for rooftop units, chillers, boilers, rack systems, and related HVAC equipment. Also, needs experience with Freon R-32 & 454A.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and rack systems.
Handle refrigerants in accordance with applicable procedures.
Conduct electrical testing and troubleshoot HVAC controls.
Install, commission, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
Document service activities, findings, and completed work.
Communicate professionally with customers at industrial facilities and food factories.
Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service.
