What you’ll do:
Lead by example to create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.
Coach and motivate sales associates to meet sales goals.
Help customers discover styles that suit their needs and build lasting relationships.
Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory organization.
Maintain a polished sales floor that reflects the JAYNE brand.
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in women’s fashion retail is required.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
A passion for styling, selling, and developing a team.
A dependable, organized approach and the ability to prioritize in a busy retail environment.
Previous retail management or team leadership experience preferred.
