Production Utility

Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour1st Shift Schedule: 6:00 AM-6:30 PM, 2-2-3 Schedule2nd Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM-6:30 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule, which includes a $2 shift premium

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

Duties: Support production lines by supplying bags, boxes, and materials. Operate lift trucks to move finished products and raw/packaging materials. Properly label skids of materials or finished products. Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks per company standards. Follow all Mars Petcare Quality Procedures, GMPs, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist the plant in meeting production goals. Complete other basic tasks that do not require specialized safety training (LOTO, WAH, Confined Space, etc.).

Note: This role does not include performing quality or food safety testing, sampling, validation, or verification.

Position Requirements: Standing on concrete floors for extended periods. Bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting. Use of required PPE: hair net, bump cap, earplugs, safety shoes, and uniform. Ability to work in hot/cold environments with dust, dirt, and chemicals. Vision correctable to 20/20.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug TestMust be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 60 pounds.

Required education: HS Diploma or GED.
