Nutrition Assistant - Congregate

Basic Responsibilities: Work with volunteers and staff to pack home delivered meals and serve congregate lunch. Schedule and direct volunteers. Complete daily reports for health department standards, volunteer staff hours and cash report. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers and older adults. Other duties as assigned.

Previous Work Experience: Experience working with older adults or food service helpful.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Special Skills & Training: Must be organized and communicate effectively with older adults, caregivers, volunteers and staff. Basic computer skills required. Start Date & Work Schedule: ASAP 15-20 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 am - 1 pm.
